There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a The Woodlands real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

Brent Everson, CCIM
Brent a successful residential broker and commercial real estate developer was born and raised in Fargo, North Dakota and has been residing in The Woodlands for the past nine years with his wife Laura and their daughter, Emily. Brent has focused his efforts on various retail and medial office building developments in and around The Woodlands area. In the past 4 years he has concentrated his career in both the Commerical and Residential arenas. He and his wife Laura are proud to have created a successful residential brokerage team based on a foundation of love for the area and passion for assisting their clients with the purchasing, selling or refinancing of their home.
"Luck happens when hard work meets opportunity." With this unique mindset, Laura and Brent have created unique relationships with local professionals and government entities in an effort to mold a perfect team for successful developments and overall knowledge of the ever-fluctuating real estae market. Laura was born in The Woodlands and has enjoyed watching both commercial and residential real estate in The Woodlands grow and prosper over the years. Jamie was born in Tomball, Texas and has been residing in South Montgomery County with her husband and young son. Jamie began her career with Team Everson in the 4th quarter of 2009 and has proven to be a true asset to the team. Her expertise lies in her firm grasp over the nuances of residential real estate transactions, customer service and the management of the Team's goals.
Among her many responsibilities, Jamie is passionate in providing unparalleled service to clients. David Mays, Director of Sales and Marketing
David has been a resident of The Woodlands area since 1994, which has given him the ability to thoroughly understand the dynamic real estate market of South Montgomery County and North Harris County.
